  • MP Bhulekh is an online portal that collects land records data (both textual and maps) for the state of Madhya Pradesh (MP). The MP Bhulekh site allows landowners in the state of MP to quickly view their land records from their residences.
  • The MP Bhulekh portal aims to provide people with online access to land records, allowing them to save time by not having to visit land registration offices to obtain information about lands. How to Check Property-Related Documents in MP Bhulekh Online?

By following the steps outlined below, you can check the documents related to your property in MP Bhulekh Online:

  • Go to the MP Bhulekh official website.
  • From the menu, select the ‘Free Services’ tab.
  • Choose between Khasra, B1, or Map as your selection.
  • Fill in the required information, such as the zilla, village, and tehsil, as needed.
  • Choose from the list the option that corresponds to the name of the document you want to view, such as khata number, khasra number, and so on.
  • Then press the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Following the submission of the form, the document you want to see will appear on your screen.

What is Khasra? 

Khasra is a legal revenue department document or record issued by the Tahsildar in MP that specifies land and crop details of a particular piece of land. The village map is used to assign Khasra numbers to each land area available in a specific village. The contents of the Khasra are:

  • Land Owner
  • Land Survey Number.
  • Area of land.
  • Land revenue.
  • Details of Address.
  • Source of irrigation.
  • Details of Crops.
  • Details of Soil.

What is Khatoni?

A Khatoni number is assigned to a group of land cultivators who cultivate crops on distinct Khasra numbers of land. The Khatoni contains all of the information on a group of cultivators and the areas they work in. A Khatoni is a legal document that lists all of a landowner’s or family’s Khasras. The following information can be found in the Khatauni:

  • Village Name
  • District Name
  • Khata number.
  • Khasra number.
  • Total area of the land.
  • Name of the owner and his father.
  • Details of year-wise ownership change.

MP Bhulekh Login

By entering the land details, the public can view the land records without logging into the MP Bhulekh portal. Landowners, on the other hand, must first register as a public user and then log into the site to obtain/download land records. The registration and login procedures are as follows:

After completing the portal’s registration process, users can log in by entering their Login ID, selecting the ‘Public User’ department, entering their password, entering the captcha, and clicking the ‘Submit’ button on the site.

  • Log in to the MP Bhulekh website. 
  • Scroll down on the homepage and click on the ‘Current/Previous Years Khasra’ option.

  • If you want to view the Khasra, click ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Do you want to search Land Records for Khasra?’ on the displayed message. If you desire a copy of the Khasra, answer “Yes” to the question “Do you want a digitally signed Khasra copy of the current and prior year?”

  • Log in to the MP Bhulekh website. 
  • Scroll down on the homepage and click on the ‘Land Parcel Map’ option.

  • To view the village map, select ‘Yes’ for the question ‘Do you wish to view Village-wise parcel map?’ on the displayed message. If you want a certified copy of the map, select ‘Yes’ from the drop-down menu next to the question ‘Do you wish to take a certified copy of the parcel map?’

  • Log in to the MP Bhulekh website. 
  • Scroll down on the homepage and click on the ‘Aabadi Survey Record of Rights’ option.

Other Services Available on MP Bhulekh Website

Diversion intimation

It is mandatory to notify the SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate) court when an owner changes or wants to change the purpose of use of his land. The owner can notify it via the ‘Diversion Intimation’ option on the home page, which includes information about the diverted regions and land use purposes.

The system will calculate the first-year land revenue and premium, which the owner can pay to the MP treasury online using this portal option.

Payment of Agricultural Land Revenue

By logging in to the site and clicking on the ‘Agricultural Land Revenue Payment’ option on the home page, the owner can deposit the agricultural land revenue into the MP treasury. The payment will be updated on the Khatoni automatically.

Payment of Diverted Land Revenue

After login in to the portal, the owner can pay the diverted land revenue into the MP treasury by clicking on the ‘Diverted Land Revenue Payment’ option on the home page. On the Khatoni, it will be automatically updated.

Certified copies of land records

By logging in and selecting the appropriate option from the home screen, landowners can access or obtain certified copies of the following land records:

  • Settlement Record of Rights (Scan).
  • Settlement Khasra (Scan).
  • Five Years Khasra (Scan).
  • Settlement Khatoni (Scan).
  • Settlement Nistar Patrak (Scan).
  • Renumbering List (Scan).

After selecting the appropriate option, landowners must select ‘Yes’ to the question of viewing or obtaining a certified copy of the document, provide the required land information, and then select ‘Access’ or ‘Get’ to view or download the aforementioned land records.

Mortgage of Land

By selecting the ‘LandMortgage’ option on the home page, scheduled commercial banks can have their land mortgage information updated in the portal’s land records.

Hypothecation

By selecting the ‘Hypothecation’ option on the main page, the Central Cooperative Bank and the Agricultural Cooperative Society can have their crop hypothecation information updated in the land records.

Land records search

By clicking on the ‘Search’ link on the webpage, the public can search and acquire details on particular records and land transactions without logging in. To view the appropriate land records or transactions, pick the applicable option, input the required details, and then click the ‘View’ button after hitting the ‘Search’ tab.
